Looking for the right cooking class?

LOST Gourmet is: Local, Organic, Sustainable, Traditional.

These four simple words ensure the quality of the ingredients, your nutritional benefit, and the livelihood of local farmers and communities. We pair this philosophy with our global culinary background as we collaborate with you for the perfect menu for your event.

LOST Gourmet creates diverse and unique menus that complement the people that hold the same characteristics. We specialize in fresh, nutritious dishes to satisfy any diet or belief. Whether it’s a guest list that includes your cousin the vegan, your carnivore spouse and a gluten free nephew, we will work with you to develop a harmonious menu for all and everyone in between.

And finally, we love to cook using the best ingredients and we want to share that love. In addition to catering your dinner party, wedding or special event, we offer cooking demonstrations. We want to inform and educate our community of the benefits of eating LOST. We truly believe going back to your roots of local, organic, sustainable, traditional eating one meal at a time.

Chef Olga's Bio:

After working in the front of house for many restaurants for 7 years I decided to learn the back of house and become a chef. To accomplish my dream I enrolled in the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia. After getting my degree in Culinary Arts I began working in several prestigious restaurants.

One of my greatest experiences was working for multi-media celebrity Chef Jim Coleman at Normandy Farm in Blue Bell, PA. I continue to work with Chef Coleman on occasion assisting him with TV shows and cooking classes at the Dilworthtown Inn.

For the last five years I have worked with numerous diets including Atkins, South Beach, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Hypoglycemic, Raw and Vegan. I have created gourmet meals for parties from 2 to 450 including managing the events from menu creation, tents, flatware, bartenders and waitstaff. My position as a private chef allowed me to continue my culinary education in Italy, Switzerland and Thailand which added an authentic twists to my creations.

I started LOST Gourmet which brings together all my experience directly to your dinner table. Why do you always have to go out just to have a wonderful meal? You have a beautiful dinning room in your home so why don't you use it? You should be able to entertain your guests right there but without worrying about grocery shopping, cooking, over cooking your steak then cleaning up the mess. Just let me take care of that all and you can relax and enjoy your guests in the comfort of your gorgeous home.
