Suprise leftovers....
Party leftovers usually consists of soup or slice of dessert. But this was not your usually party, it was a 60 year graduation from University of Penn. For this special occasion my client selected some of his "big guns" from the wine cellar. He decanted a magnum and a 750ml of 1985 Chateau Lafite-Rothschild Pauillac for the party. After desert had been served and the kitchen cleaned up I began loading my car. As I said my goodbyes I was handed my check and an unexpected surprise, the untouched 750ml bottle of 1985 Chateau Lafite-Rothschild Pauillac. Wow talk about leftovers!
